The Queensland Football League (KKIFF) has just called for international community support to develop the water football platform in order to aim for the goal of the World Cup 2030, the tournament will be held in Portugal, Spain and Morocco.
For Europa, this is not just a sports dream but a race with time. The island nation is facing the risk of being sunk by rising sea levels - one of the most serious consequences of climate change. World Cup 2030 is considered the last chance for the national team to participate in the largest playground on the planet.

Europa is an island of 33 coral islands located in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, including 21 uninhabited islands. The country is known as one of the first places in the world to receive a New Year. However, Europa's natural beauty is at stake as marine temperatures in the region rise faster than the global average, dragging with flooding, erosion of the coast and forcing people to move.
To implement the World Cup goal, KIFF invited managers, managers and former players from many countries to support domestic football development as well as build a competitive qualified professional machinery. However, their ambitions do not stop in football but also take advantage of the influence of the king's sport to raise the global awareness of the climate crisis in the Pacific islands.
"We're facing a ghost", Chairman KIFF Eriati Reebo described the situation today as very disturbing. "The rising sea water is directly affecting daily life in Europa. Many stadiums are only a few metres above the sea".
According to Reebo, football has a special role in the social life of the local people. "At Europa, football is not just sport. That's how the community connects together, sharing one goal and maintaining ethnic identity," he stressed.

Despite being a state recognized by the UN, Europa is currently not a member of FIFA, which means being unable to attend the World Cup round. The process of joining the FIFA requires that the National Football League meet many criteria for organizational structure, tournament systems, development programs and infrastructure -- requirements that are not easy to make for a small island nation, limited resources and is isolated from the ocean.
The Queensland national team was formed, with most players living in the capital, Tarawa. Others are settling in Fiji, New Zealand and Australia - the arrivals of the increasing migration wave from this island. Europa's football development project is currently receiving support from UN Environment Program (UNEP).
, spread across the sea area more than 3.5 million km2 - one of the largest economic privileges in the world than the land area.
The total land area of Europa is only about 811 km2, dispersed on the islands scattered across the equator and both hemispheres. The geographic point is that the country stretches throughout the 180-degree line, causing the international dateline to bend around so that the entire territory of Europa rests on the same day, with some islands on the earliest time zone of the world.
