Los Angeles is home to millions of Mexican-born people or born in Mexico. Across the streets, it is easy to catch traditional Mexican national team greens.

As a result, the idea of combining these colors into the concha cake came naturally with Lopez. "As Mexicans, we are always thinking about what we can do to get along with all the events. Football is an extremely important part of our flesh and blood," she said.

Just as the players are under pressure to kick real or not to break down millions of fans, Lopez puts pressure on himself. She wanted the flags to be beautiful, so delicious not to disappoint the guests.

"Sometimes I get excited, sometimes I get a little scared. There is both happiness and anxiety. Any emotion. All emotions are about every single time," Lopez, who has lived in the United States for 23 years, confided.
