During his youth training years, Minh Ti and his teams achieved notable results at U11 and U13 tournaments, creating a strong foundation for his later development.

Although he did not continue on the professional path, those years of structured training gave him technical quality, tactical awareness, and a professional playing attitude that not every grassroots player possesses.

Finding his place in grassroots football

After leaving the professional environment, Minh Ti returned to Binh Duong and continued pursuing his passion for football through grassroots competitions.

Thanks to strong ability and a serious playing attitude, he quickly became a familiar name in Binh Duong's local football scene, representing several strong teams, including:

As a wide defender, Minh Ti has good pace, effective overlapping runs, and accurate crossing ability.

However, his greatest strength lies in disciplined defending. He maintains focus throughout matches, follows tactical instructions closely, and is always ready to complete any task assigned by the coaching staff.

He is not the type of player who seeks to show off. Instead, he contributes through endurance, teamwork, and efficiency.

Living in Hoi Nghia, Binh Duong, Minh Ti often has to travel a long distance whenever he joins tournaments in Ho Chi Minh City.

There were days when tournaments ended very late, close to 10 p.m., yet Minh Ti still stayed until the final moments with his teammates. When asked what kept him motivated, he smiled and said:

In his grassroots football journey, Minh Ti has also spent many years alongside the brothers of Chim Canh Cut FC.

With the team, he has experienced many memorable tournaments, won several titles, and appeared in many emotional finals. Alongside the moments of lifting trophies were also difficult matches where the title was only narrowly out of reach.

Whatever the result, Minh Ti has remained a familiar figure on the flank, playing with dedication, endurance, and a willingness to battle for the collective.
